The operator only needs to preset the arrangement pattern, orientation parameters and tact time on the touch screen, and the system can generate the optimal arrangement plan independently. In the actual application of a fast fashion brand’s production workshop, the equipment can process more than 5,000 buttons per hour, with an efficiency equivalent to the sum of 5-6 skilled workers, and the arrangement accuracy is as high as 99%.
