Suzhou Angel Run Company announced that its automatic parts aligner has been put into use in batches in a few leading garment companies, becoming the “efficiency star” of this summer’s production line. According to reports, the Angel Run automatic parts aligner adopts a combination of high-speed vibrating disk and AI visual positioning, which can accurately arrange more than 100 kinds of small accessories such as buttons, zipper heads, magnetic buckles in the same direction within 3 seconds, with a whole column accuracy of ± 0.03 mm, and the daily production capacity of a single unit exceeds 600,000 grains, which is 10 times higher than the traditional manual sorting efficiency.

In the flexible manufacturing scenario, the advantages of the whole train are further amplified. According to the person in charge of a trendy brand T-shirt workshop, in the past, it took 5 workers 2 hours to re-sort different specification labels when replacing the model, but now only need to select the new program on the touch screen, and the equipment can complete the switching between the jig board and parameters in 15 minutes, realizing “one-click replacement”, and reducing the loss of replacement downtime by 80%.
In addition to conventional accessories, Angel Run is jointly testing more cutting-edge applications with two luxury brands – RFID tags, temperature-changing logos and other intelligent accessories are in place at one time, laying the foundation for subsequent automated sewing and intelligent warehousing. The company’s marketing department revealed that the first batch of customers have included the automatic parts aligner in the standard equipment list of the new factory in Southeast Asia next year, and it is expected that the clothing industry orders will account for more than 40% of the company’s overall sales during the year.
