This model has made a comprehensive breakthrough in the three core indicators of speed, accuracy and flexibility, providing a new automated alignment solution for high-precision industries such as electronics, semiconductors, and medical care.
According to the director of the company’s technology center, AutoAlign Pro uses AI vision + multi-axis servo fusion algorithm, which shortens the cycle cycle by 40% compared with the previous generation, up to 12,000 pieces per hour; At the same time, the repeatability accuracy is increased to ±0.01 mm, and product specifications can be switched with one click within the range of 50 mm×50 mm to 300 mm×400 mm, realizing “zero change” production. The whole machine adopts a modular drawer design, and the maintenance time is compressed to less than 10 minutes, which greatly reduces customer downtime costs.
“We implant AI deep learning into the vision system, so that the equipment can independently identify complex defects such as special-shaped, micro-warped, and highlighted, and dynamically adjust the entire row path in real time.” The director added that this function has completed three months of batch verification in a leading packaging and testing company, and the yield rate has increased by 3.7 percentage points.
In order to welcome the launch of new products, AngelRun will hold a “precision whole line open day” at the headquarters of Suzhou Park on August 20, connect to the customer’s production line demonstration on the spot, and start the first batch of 50 preferential reservations. The company’s vice president of marketing revealed that the open day appointment channel has only been online for 48 hours, and more than 120 customers have registered, of which 70% are from the semiconductor and new energy fields.
